Male Lion 057 lion wallpaper Full HD

This is Male Lion 057, a bright lion wallpaper built around slate and sage green tones. The frame is composed for 4:3, which is why it reads well on desktop without pushing the subject out of shot.

Everything you can see is part of the original file: 1920 × 1280 pixels in JPG (400 KB). Nothing is upscaled, and the colours were sampled straight from the picture, so what you download is what you saw in the grid.

The palette leans towards slate and sage green, and that makes it easy to build an interface around it. A desktop with a wide crop works particularly well here, because the tones never fight with whatever you put in front of them.

Where it fits best

To use it, download the file, open it on your device and choose the option to set it as the background. If your system crops the edges, use the 4:3 version from the collection or turn the zoom off so the full frame stays visible.

How to make the most of it

• Print it on matte paper: the slate and sage green tones stay clean, while glossy paper exaggerates the highlights and washes the darks out.
• Add it as a calendar or task widget background if your device allows it, so the picture carries a reminder as well.
• If you use it on a laptop, dim the desktop icons slightly; a busy wallpaper competes with small text more than with large text.

Download and resize

The download is a 1920 × 1280 JPG image in 4:3 ratio (400 KB). Use it on a desktop, print it at up to 20 × 30 cm, or crop it for a post: the source resolution gives you room to crop without losing quality.
