Radio-collared Mountain Lion animal wallpaper Full HD

This is Radio-collared Mountain Lion, a dramatic animal wallpaper built around cream and charcoal tones. The frame is composed for 4:3, which is why it reads well on phone without pushing the subject out of shot.

Everything you can see is part of the original file: 1920 × 1438 pixels in JPG (560 KB). Nothing is upscaled, and the colours were sampled straight from the picture, so what you download is what you saw in the grid.

The palette leans towards cream and charcoal, and that makes it easy to build an interface around it. A nature print works particularly well here, because the tones never fight with whatever you put in front of them.

Setting it up

To use it, download the file, open it on your device and choose the option to set it as the background. If your system crops the edges, use the 4:3 version from the collection or turn the zoom off so the full frame stays visible.

Styling tips

• Add it as a calendar or task widget background if your device allows it, so the picture carries a reminder as well.
• On a phone, place the subject in the upper half so your clock and notification stack do not cover the focal point.
• Pair it with a system accent colour that matches cream and charcoal so the wallpaper and the interface read as one design instead of two.

What you get

The download is a 1920 × 1438 JPG image in 4:3 ratio (560 KB). Use it on a phone, print it at up to A4 (210 × 297 mm), or crop it for a post: the source resolution gives you room to crop without losing quality.
