Prang's Valentine Cards2 pinterest wallpaper Full HD

This is Prang's Valentine Cards2, a calm pinterest wallpaper built around slate and slate tones. The frame is composed for 3:4, which is why it reads well on tablet without pushing the subject out of shot.

Everything you can see is part of the original file: 1920 × 2910 pixels in JPG (1.4 MB). Nothing is upscaled, and the colours were sampled straight from the picture, so what you download is what you saw in the grid.

The palette leans towards slate and slate, and that makes it easy to build an interface around it. A pin you are about to publish works particularly well here, because the tones never fight with whatever you put in front of them.

Setting it up

To use it, download the file, open it on your device and choose the option to set it as the background. If your system crops the edges, use the 3:4 version from the collection or turn the zoom off so the full frame stays visible.

Small details that help

• Pair it with a low-contrast wallpaper on your phone so that app icons remain readable over the busiest part of the image.
• For a dual-monitor setup, use this one on the screen you read from and a flatter image on the screen you only glance at.
• On a phone, place the subject in the upper half so your clock and notification stack do not cover the focal point.

Download and resize

You get a 1920 × 2910 JPG file (3:4, 1.4 MB). It is large enough for a tablet screen and for printing up to A4 (210 × 297 mm), and it is compressed for the web so that it still loads quickly on a mobile connection.
